My Life: I was born January 1982. I’m from a Hispanic family and I was born in the United States, which makes me a Mexican-American. My name is actually John (Juan in spanish - I don't use it though), but I’ve been known as Aaron since elementary school. It got stuck on me when I was in a school production play in the third grade. Aaron is my alias since then. People know me as that except for my parents, which call me Johnny. I'm sorry if I never told you guys about my name. I felt I had to protect my identity online. I remember writing on Mike's birthday card last year (2004) on the bottom as "aka Johnny," but I don't think I explained. I'm just used to with the name Aaron that no one calls me John, LOL. I hope no one gets weirded out by me and hope people understand why I did this.
I’ve always loved the spotlight. Joined talent shows and also family shows. I have been in 5 school play productions and after high school, I auditioned for John Robert Powers, an acting school and got in. 20 weeks of acting chops and networking with people is what helped me get more into. I’ve been an extra in three movies; Spider-Man, Seabiscuit, and Bee Season that’s coming out in November. Before this, I also wrote my own scripts and directed home videos casting my family in them. Career I’m majoring in English and minoring in Communications and will hopefully graduate in May of 2006 with a Bachelors Degree. In the summer I might move to L.A to pursue filmmaking and scriptwriting with a creative team. I want to direct my own movies and write them and maybe write myself small roles and cast great actors.
The website stuff started in 1998 when I had gotten my computer once I started High School. There were free servers that helped you how to build your own site and I thought having a simple looking one was a great thing. My first website was a Charmed/Roswell fansite and I only included a page with two pictures of each show with a sypnosis about what the tv was about. Then I started to work on my official acting career site and learned to put more pages with the help of online friends. By 2000 I learned to blend graphics together and joined communities. In 2002 I bought my first personal domain and I had gotten so many hits by 2003. I shared thoughts and was open minded about things that was happening around the world. I inspired people and talked about my life daily. In early 2003 I started a Drew Barrymore fansite and I couldn’t keep up with it because there were already awesome sites on her, so why make another one when mine wasn’t that good? So I decided to make another fansite on someone. My friend Jules told me to make it on a new comer and that week Wuthering Heights was going to air and she had a fansite on Erika Christensen and asked if I could cap images of her for her site and I accepted. After the movie was done, she told me I could work on the lead actor (Mike Vogel) and that I could start from scratch. I did and searched online for some info on the new comer who now we know was Mike! I bought the domain name that week and posted a few things. The rest is history!
So that's about it. I never thought of putting this up and I think it's important Mike and his family know what I look like lol. I appreciate all their help and they deserve to know what the webmaster looks like at least! And yes, I'm still Aaron. Don't call me John. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the site and helped this site grow. Vogelholics all the way!
